The Humble Beginning
The new Queen of Milk tea in Pasay City is Nissi Cuartero. She is the new arising businesswoman in the milk tea chains industry. Nissi Curatero is a 25-year-old former banker and loves milk tea as a stress reliever.
So how did she come up with the milk tea business idea? As I mentioned, she is a milk tea lover, and one day her mother told her why not to have her own milk tea shop so she will not spend P100 just to satisfy her cravings. Because of this, she came up with the idea and left her job to focus on the business. But the start of her business is not like a fairy tale that every step is a perfect choice. The name of “Sunshine Bubble tea” has a memorable meaning. Last March 2019, the aunt of Nissi Cuartero went home to the Lord and it was sunset at that time. As her legacy to remain, they came up to choose “sunshine” to reflect as a new beginning for her family.
She also encountered struggles in hiring trusted and willing to learn employees. But the most challenging part is to establish the signature taste of Sunshine Bubble Tea. After trying the different flavors and combinations of milk teas, she succeeded to create the list of menus for her milk tea business. The Sunshine Bubble Tea business was established last July 8, 2019.
